Flash Express Philippines Marks Five Years of Shared Progress, Driving Growth in the Country’s E- Commerce Ecosystem
Enabling the Growth of Philippine E-Commerce
As more Filipinos turn to online shopping, logistics has become the link connecting digital marketplaces, sellers, and customers. Flash Express supports this growing ecosystem through technology-enabled delivery solutions that help move orders from online storefronts to doorsteps, working with major e-commerce platforms while also supporting Filipino entrepreneurs and MSMEs looking to reach customers beyond their communities.Connecting Businesses to Their Customers
At the heart of Flash Express’ fifth anniversary are its customers. Every parcel represents a transaction, but behind every transaction is a story—a Filipino entrepreneur growing an online business, a brand reaching a new market, a family purchasing something online, or a customer waiting for an important delivery.
Flash Express provides B2B, B2C and C2C delivery solutions, including Next Day Service, Weekend Delivery, free pickup and COD services, supported by technology- enabled operations and nationwide coverage. The company also provides digital tools for shipment tracking, booking and shipping-rate estimation.
“Our role has expanded beyond simply transporting parcels. Flash Express helps businesses reach customers, enables consumers to access products from across the country, and provides the logistics connectivity that allows digital commerce to continue moving forward,” said Deputy Director for Communications and Government Relations Mr. Reginald Rex Pumihic.
Growing Together with the Philippines
“Our fifth anniversary is not simply a celebration of Flash Express. It is a celebration of everyone who has grown with us. Our customers, sellers, MSMEs, e-commerce partners, employees, riders and communities are all part of this journey. Their trust has allowed us to grow, while their growth continues to inspire us to improve the way we serve the Philippines,” Pumihic said.
Flash Express also continues to participate in industry-government initiatives aimed at strengthening the country’s logistics ecosystem. The company is among the private-sector stakeholders supporting the Department of Trade and Industry’s Supply Chain and Logistics Center (SCLC), an initiative designed to strengthen coordination between government and industry and build a smarter, more resilient logistics ecosystem. DTI identified Flash Express among the private-sector stakeholders and founding partners supporting the development of the SCLC.
Flash Express is also currently included in DTI’s logistics service provider directory and freight-calculator platform, providing businesses with another channel to access logistics information and services.
For Flash Express, these partnerships reflect an understanding that the continued growth of Philippine e-commerce depends on a logistics ecosystem where businesses, platforms, consumers, government and service providers move forward together.
