Amiya Raya Showcases Wellness and Elevated Living at Lifestyle Event

High up in the cool highlands of San Mateo, Amiya Raya brought its community together for “Live Well, Elevate Life,” a wellness event that encouraged everyone to slow down, reconnect, and make room for healthier living. Moreso, it was a time for people to slow down, socialize, and reconnect with the basics of healthy living.

Embracing health, community, and wellness

Guests were welcomed through a Wellness Marketplace, with products like Water Filter of EnagicKangen, Cookwares of Saladmaster, Tea of Lechaim Brewery, Plant Based Products of The Good

Choice, Dental Products of Jorvina Dental Clinic, and Chiro Care Demo of Well Balanced Chirophratic Well Balance Center. A Morning Wellness Energizer followed featuring stretching, breathing exercises as well as chiropractic care insights, and posture tips with Aireen Khauv.

Food and nutrition were also major parts of the program. Attendees were treated to a healthy cooking

demonstration by Saladmaster with S’Gino, followed by a kombucha tasting and gut health talk with

M’Joan Liwa of Lechaim Brewery.

This was followed by Chef Camille of The Good Choices ,who led a food-tasting session featuring plant- based products. The activity gave guests an opportunity to discover alternative food choices that can easily be incorporated into everyday life.

Going deeper into the health conversation

The program progressed into a conversation around wellness through sessions tackling different aspects

of health. Doc Ani of Jorvina Dental Clinic discussed the importance of developing good oral health

habits from childhood, while M’Kim shared insights on the role of supplements insupporting one's

overall wellness journey.

At the heart of the event was the “Live Well, Live Elevated” Amiya Raya Lifestyle Presentation,

emphasizing how wellness extends beyond individual habits and how it can also be influenced by the

environment and community people choose to live in. The presentation reflected Amiya Raya’s vision of creating a lifestyle where residents can find a balance between comfort, well-being, and quality of life.

The event concluded with special offers, a raffle draw, and private consultations for guests interested in learning more about Amiya Raya and its lifestyle offerings.
