Crazy for Fries : New Jolly Crispy Flavored Fries
Okay, so we have a lot of fast food here in the Philippines, and from my observation and own experience, nothing can really beat the comfort that french fries can bring. It's what I crave when I'm writing, aside from apples and chips.
But I must confess something: Jolibee's Crispy Fries has a special place in my heart and soul. Why? Cause it's the only fast food fries that still tastes AMAZEBALLS even if it's already cooled down. Unlike some. *ahem* And now, Jolibee has awesome news for us as they're upgrading said awesome fries! Jolibee recently launched Jolly Crispy Flavored Fries- a twist on their own classic. And now they're asking the Jolly Nation the age old question: "What's Your Flavor?"
They have a couple of flavors to choose from: Super Cheese and Sour Cream. And I got to try them both out-FOR FREE- as I went to the Molito Alabang branch last week! But the best surprise?
They were being handed out by the cuties of Loyola Meralco Sparks FC players!
Yeah. Pretty shell shocked there- And it was a pretty awesome treat I must say.. Anton Del Rosario and Joaco Canas were on #TeamSourCream, while Curt Dizon and Tomas Trigo were on #TeamSuperCheese. Now to choose...
Super Cheese tasted very direct to the point- Yummy Cheddar. I also felt that I was biting into a French Fry version of Dorito Nacho Cheese. And I got hooked. Sour Cream on the other hand is quite the quintessential sour cream flavor that you get. And when I tasted it, to be honest I thought I was gonna be rooting for #TeamSuperCheese. Until I tasted Sour Cream and now, well I'm converted to #TeamSourCream.
Seriously though, it all really depends on your own preference ;) Jolibee did up their game on fries. And all I can say is that I wish this offer is here to stay.
The new Jolly Crispy Flavored Fries Super Cheese and Sour Cream are available in three sizes – regular (Php40), large (Php65), and jumbo (Php80) – in all Jollibee stores nationwide. These tasty snack treats are also available in the refreshing Jollibee Float combo, starting at Php65. The new Jolly Crispy Flavored Fries are now available in all Jollibee stores nationwide.
