Fiesta Flavors All Season Long at The Heritage Hotel Manila

Filipinos, food and fiesta is always the best love affair. We celebrate occasions, socialize with our network, and express our hospitality through food, and if you're in the mood for a full Pinoy nakiki piyesta mood then The Heritage Hotel Manila is your best bet.

I recently checked out the Fiesta Season Buffet at The Heritage Hotel Manila, happening at Riviera Café, and it felt like walking into a Filipino celebration without the usual long drive or out-of-town planning.

Riviera Cafe is spacious enough for big groups, but still cozy if you are just there to catch up with friends. Their carving station featured Slow Roasted Beef Adobo, and it is one of my favorites. You've got rich, tender, and super flavorful beef, perfect with rice or with lumpiang sariwa.

Bagnet

The Kare Kare was also a win, thick, nutty and flavorful with just the right balance when paired with bagoong. I could not skip the Bagnet with its really crispy skin and indulgent, and of course, Pork Sisig, which was sizzling, savory, and had me going for seconds, and thirds, and more.

One of the most fun parts for me was the sinigang station. I got to choose my seafood and have it cooked fresh. The broth had that comforting asim that just hits right. If you are not in the mood for soup, there is also an option to have your seafood grilled or cooked in garlic butter, which, not gonna lie, was also really great.

Adobong Pusit

I kept going back and forth between stations. The chicken inasal was juicy and flavorful, and the adobong pusit was so flavorful, it made me remember of home. It was a proper mix of all the dishes you would expect at a proper fiesta, all in one place.

For dessert, I had way too much fun at the DIY halo-halo station, piling on my favorite toppings and making it as extra as I wanted. There is also a crepe station if you are in the mood for something warm and sweet to end the meal.

The buffet runs every Thursday to Saturday for dinner and Sundays for lunch, which makes it an easy weekend plan. And if you come with at least one other person, the introductory rate of PHP 1,199 per head for gorups of two or more feels pretty sulit for everything you get.

It's perfect for family gatherings, friendly get-togethers, and weekend celebrations

Langka Creme Brulee

I left full, happy, and already thinking about who I can bring next time. If you have been craving a solid Filipino feast, this one is easy to say yes to.
