Nostalgia with Free Cute Puzzles and Card Games on Solitaire.Org

When I was younger, I had seen my mom play a solo game with her cards while dad was at work. She explained to me the concept of Solitaire, the card game that you can play by yourself. It then developed to playing solitaire or minesweeper on our computer lab at school when we were awarded free time. I was itching to get a deck of cards the past week, but with the current situation, I found it too costly to actually get a deck of cards delivered to my doorstep.

Playing these easy casual games helps keep me relaxed and not overthink. It was nice that when I searched up card games online, I found this website called Solitaire.org.

What is Solitaire.Org?

Solitaire.org is a free online games site that offers not just solitaire but some cute puzzles and arcade games too. The site does not require you to download anything. It is free of ads, and the best part is that it does not ask for any personal information, which makes it perfectly safe. While it features different card games, there's more to the site than just that!

Listing down my top three favorite games to play in the site, which I know you're sure to love too!

Klondike Solitaire

Alright, of course I'm starting with a card game. I really love the no nonsense Klondike Solitaire, which is the type of solitaire that is bundled with our windows pc computer games. I love it for the nostalgia it brings and the fact that if you want a no nonsense easy game set up, all you have to do is go to their site and click on klondike.

Scrolling down the main page reveals the list of other puzzle games they have.

You can try Mahjong, and my favorites which is matching games, similar to bejeweled or Candy Crush, as well as the cute Cookie Monster Pacman inspired arcade game that they have!

Zuma Ball and Zuma Legend

One of the more interesting matching games I played was Zuma Ball. It was a combination of candy crush with its graphics, and the interesting point of trying to match up three balls and finish everything before the line of balls go to the finish drop. It is a fusion of Zuma and pinball. It takes a bit of strategy and a couple of tries before you can get it right. You win once you have made all the balls disappear.

There are 10 levels with the Zuma Ball, but if you want a long game then go on ahead and opt for Zuma Legend instead. It has 100 levels, perfect for killing some time when you're bored.

Garden Secrets Hidden Objects

Garden Secrets Hidden Objects is a very nice game to play, as it reminds me of those I Spy books that I used to check out of our school library before. The point of the game is to find the listed hidden items in record time. You're getting bonus points if you have extra time on hand.

Cookie Monster

Cookie Monster is another cute arcade game. It is PacMan inspired, where the ghosts turn into cookies when you eat a power pellet. You'd use the arrow keys to guide cookie monster, have him eat up the power pellet and turn ghosts into cookies. It is something that my little kids love to play too.

The games are all kid friendly so if your children are bored or want to have a bit of fun, you can instruct them to go to the solitaire.org site instead. If you find yourself overthinking, maybe you just need to detox or relax a bit so go on to solitaire.org and relive the tension with some card games or fun puzzles. After all, we have a lot of time on our hands right now, eh? :D
