Hello Cafe Tagaytay is the place to be for your formal Celebrations or casual get togethers

My next food adventure had me saying HELLO literally to cooler, Christmas weather and a fun day with friends over at Hello Cafe in Tagaytay. I did miss the fresher air that they have up there, and coupled with the very chic, minimalist look that Hello Cafe has, I was pretty excited to finally meet up with my friends from super south for our thanksgiving party.

Hello Cafe Ambiance

The place evokes that muji/ slow living approach in its aesthetics. You have a very spacious al fresco area outside, perfect for gatherings. And when the sun is shining it really is a very serene and calming place. The actual cafe has an air-conditioned area where you could chill especially if you came by when it's raining.

Perfect place for a bit of hot tea or coffee, with a minimalist approach on the design of the coffee shop. I find Hello Cafe to have interesting drinks that can warm or cool you up, and it does have that calm, serene ambiance that Tagaytay is loved for. You can relax and enjoy a conversation over a good cup of coffee with friends or family here.

Food and Drinks at Hello Cafe

Hello Cafe specializes on coffee and teas, but fret not if you have a big appetite. The perfect place to get brunch with friends and family is right here. Here's what my friends and I ordered when we visited:

Hello Big Breakfast which has your basic all American favorites of Hungarian Sausage, Bacon, Luncheon Met, Toasted Bread, Hashbrown, and Scrambled eggs.

One of the crowd favorites is Hello Cafe's Beef Salpicao. Think soy- garlic based tender beefy goodness cooked to perfection. You're getting this with a side of rice. I had this paired with Hello Cafe's Pink Latte and omg it is a really nice tea based latte, with a hint of rose from its sweetener.

Cheeseburger set is perfect for those who are craving a big, thick Beef patty, cheese, Lettuce, and Tomato, and seasoned French Fries.

My friends had the Hazelnut Espresso Latte and the Hello Chocolate drink which is perfect for those who cannot get enough of that chocolatey goodness. The latter you can get hot or cold. You can also customize the espresso shot you get with your drink.

Cakes and pastries are also available in the cafe. I personally loved their Pan Au Chocolat which was a take home gift, and their Pistachio Sansrival is delectable as it is not too sweet unlike famous others that I have tried.

I am definitely coming back soon with my family when we go to Tagaytay. This is the perfect place to do pre-nuptial photoshoots, debut or even a simple thanksgiving party with friends, much like what we had. Food is fairly priced and is quite delicious, and the drinks are always a fun, happy surprise in every cup.
