Opening of Bless Amare Cafe in Hop Inn Hotel Aseana

cover Bless Amare Cafe is known for satisfying cravings down south when it comes to spanish and asian cuisine. They recently opened their second branch in Hop In Hotel in Aseana. Of course they're serving what made them loved by #Southies with Paella Marinera and Paella Negra? . They also are serving breakfasts, seafood and beef entrees among others. It's a nice quiet place to have coffee with friends or have a meeting with their VIP Room.

Paella Tinta is their version of Squid Ink Paella. A must try.

Above is their VIP Room which you can use for meetings and small gatherings.

The grand opening and ribbon cutting was assisted from left to right by Ambassador Clemencio Fortu Montesa; Ambassador Daniel Victoria; Jessie Maloles, CEO and co-owner of Bless Amare Group of Companies; Nelson Mendoza, business partner of Bless Amare Group of Companies; Congressman Eric Olivarez, 1st District of Parañaque City.
“Bless Amare Café is a dining hub where aroma meets fresh, sophisticated blends of traditional Filipino, Spanish, and Japanese fusion to create an extraordinary culinary experience at an affordable price that appeals tremendously to discriminating diners. We hope to have those in Aseana to experience the same wondrous dining feeling whenever they stay at Hop Inn Hotel,” explains Jessie Maloles, Co-Owner and CEO of Bless Amare Group of Companies.
Bless Amare Café is part of the Bless Amare Group of Companies, which counts Bless Las Paellas, the home of Spanish classics in combination with Filipino favorites, and Bless Okiniiri Japanese Resto (“OkiniiriFavorite) traditional cuisine of Japan (和食 washoku).

The place is quite elegant and classy, with the warm colors and obvious spanish influence. But the twist here is they don't only serve spanish here, you can also get your fix of Japanese food with their ramen and sushi selection as well as breakfast dishes that will have you starting your day with a smile. And yes, you will definitely fall in love with their awesome paella
