Full disclosure: I tried the original Ultherapy treatment around a couple of years ago (2023), and let me just say... it had a bit of pain going on. I got through it, but the discomfort was very real.
So when I signed up for Ultherapy Prime, I was bracing myself for the pain. But—this new version? A total game-changer. It was significantly less painful for me, like from a rate of seven before, and it's now a two. There were still a few zaps and prickly moments, but nothing unbearable. The treatment was surprisingly quick—about 45 minutes for my targeted areas—and I was back to my usual schedule right after. The downtime? Basically none. I had a bit of swelling the first day, but it was super mild and nothing that required hiding behind sunglasses or canceling plans.
