Garnier Hydra Bomb Eye Serum Mask Review
Quick way to achieve glowing, depuffed under eyes? I'd say it would be eye masks. And I am going to give a full review on this affordable eye mask from the drugstore: Garnier Hydra bomb Eye Serum Mask. If you want an easy dip into how skin care works, then sheet masking is the best way to do it.
I've got a couple of reasons here why eye masks and face sheet masks are important in a skincare routine:
One is that eye mask and sheet masks helps to prep the skin and under eyes before applying make up. It is a very important step, especially when you are applying make up to more mature people.
Two is we all deserve to get a bit of pampering, and if you want to feel like you are in a spa, but is pressed for time then you can just place these sheet masks in the fridge, let them cool and once you put them on your freshly cleansed and toned face, you will definitely feel less stressed.
The Garnier Hydra Bomb Eye Serum mask has two variants. One is a line smoothing mask and another is the brightening variant to get rid of dark under eyes. Both promises to do it in 15 minutes. Personally, I don't really believe that something can smoothen up fine lines or crows feet unless it is a treatment in a skin clinic. But this is a great help for face prep, so I apply them after shower, when I had a late night or a few minutes before I will apply makeup.
I loved using the brightening more instead of the line smoothing, just because I can fit this one better for my under eyes. The line smoothing one looks like a badly fit superhero mask for me. Brightening variant is what I am using below.
I kind of wore this one on the wrong side, the thinner part should be the one under the eyes. The point still stands that my under eyes felt refreshed and looked better after applying this. Trust me- it was a late night and my eyes were extra dark that day. At least this, coupled with an orange color corrector, helped immensely to hide my imperfections that day for passport renewal.
There will be extra serum on the pouch, and the best thing to do with that is to put it on other parts of your body that you want to be moisturized, like the neck, or the elbow area The serum is what you are paying for after all.

Price/ Where to buy the Garnier Hydra Bomb Eye Serum Mask
You can get this in any drugstore or department store here for only 102 Php for a set of three, or around 39 pesos per piece. This is also available in the Garnier Flagship Store in Lazada and Shopee Mall. Bought them at Shopee Mall though on sale a couple of months ago. :D
Overall Thoughts on the Garnier Hydra Bomb Eye Serum Mask
I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. It can help de-puff and brighten up the eyes a bit but don't expect drastic results. As like most eye skin care, it is usually a hit or miss. This one is on the middle since it gives an improvement after 15 minutes but the superhero mask shape of the line smoothing eye mask is such a bad fit that I had to nick a star of my rating, hence the three.
Would I buy it again? Definitely yes for the brightening one. Helps a lot for me especially when I am applying makeup on myself or on my mom or grandmom.
