Fiery Style Alabang West Parade

The place is really warm, with its warm lights and the booths that are so comfortable. You have a bar to your right when you enter, and their drinks is one of the best things that I love about the place.

My Top Food Picks at Fiery Style

Steak ala Familia: Php 1198
Terrific Tacos: Starts at 198 depending on the fillings

Tacos and nachos are necessities when you have mexican food in my opinion. Adding in steak that's affordable but really tender is nice too. The steak is done medium well, some parts are a bit well done though. But hey, if you are paying 100 pesos for a kilo of nicely grilled steak that is so well seasoned you don't need gravy then I think it is worth it.

The tacos are nice, filled up with shredded lettuce, refried beans, mexican cheese and salsa along with a filling of your choice. You can go tame with sauteed veggies or go crazy with some beef brisket or fiery grilled sisig!

Qusadilla:
Lord of the Wings: Php 1198

Oh My Lord it is! 24 pieces of delectable flavored fiery wings. It's like hanging gardens but food- so beautiful and oh so delicious. Okay, some are covered in mexican cheese but the others, the spices used in them make this for a nice pica pica, pulutan or even something that can be paired with rice.

The cheese quesadillas are perfect, best served when hot. A plate has 10 slices with different dips and one of them is some guacamole. Children will definitely love this.

The Galleon Grills

I would think that Fiery style kinda based this on some Spanish or Filipino History, with their for sharing meals served in a big boat shaped platter. We had the Galleon of Bones (Php 928) which is meat focused, complete with a slab of BBQ Pork ribs, some chicken wings and fiery rice and normal rice.  The other galleon, Baja Supremo (Php 988) has a lot of calamares, some buttered shrimps some creamdory chips and salmon and a couple of platters of rice. They have two sizes for this, one serving that's good for 2-3 persons and another that is good for 4-5 persons.

They also have combo meals that's good for a quick lunch or dinner, with prices starting at Php 218.

 My Top Drinks at Fierystyle

Classic Mojito: Php 158 for single serve, 278 for unlimited single flavor, 378 for unlimited 5 flavors
Margaritas: Php 158 for single serve, 278 for unlimited single flavor, 378 for unlimited 6 flavors

Fiery Style's approach to drinks, especially the alcoholic ones is a great balance of quality and quantity vs price. I think if you are into getting a better buzz on, they have these unlimited prices, which can apply to you getting one flavor of their margarita, or getting to try all of the flavors. I have a bias on mojitos, and I personally love theirs cause I don't get the white rum at first taste- it is well blended!

They have 6 flavors for their margarita, but my favorite is the El Tamarino Southwest which has tamarind in the mix, making for a nice sweet, sour and hot taste that gets me going. The Mango Southwest (below) is also another crowd favorite.
