My husband and I had our daughter tested because we noticed that she had some difficulty reading and comprehending. Long story short, after scheduling an appointment with a developmental pediatrician last December and getting my daughter tested, we found out that she has a learning disability at risk of cognitive delay. And since Early Intervention is Vital to cure or help things easier for our kid, it is a bit heartbreaking cause we did not realize that we have no more time.
She started her therapy a bit late this April due to scheduling conflicts and therapy schools not having open slots. But when she started, the improvement was really great and significant.
I want to help other moms out there who might have noticed a delay in their kids milestones, and while you are waiting for months for your kid's Developmental pedia appointment, here is a list of Therapy Centers around Las Pinas and Alabang that might pique your interest if you have kids who need Reading therapy, Play therapy and what not.

Build for Fun offers a wide range of services, like sped tutorials, reading therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Speech Therapy is also here, and people say that they're really good at that. Prices vary depending the child's needs, but an hour's worth of reading session for my daughter did not go over 1000 Php. It may change depending on your child's diagnosis and other factors. Their facility is well rounded and I am excited to see how my daughter will fare with their lessons here.

Reading Specialists of course focus on reading therapy and the like. They have Summer Classes, and 3 terms for the whole year. My daughter entered in their summer classes, and a term. They evaluate and offer individualized programs for your child. Payment scheme is on a per term basis, and you also have to pay a reservation fee which can be deducted from the term's full price. My daughter significantly improved her reading here, but she still has some coping up to do with her peers.

UPDATE (December 2019)
A couple of months into the sessions and I am happy that there are still a lot of improvements that my daughter got. Her train of thought is a bit better now, and she can finally comprehend and imagine what she is reading with a little difficulty only unlike last time.Reading Specialists
